    Seems like there is some confusion about a dedicated IP vs. a dedicated server. To my understanding the original poster wants shared webhosting with dedicated IP addresses for each website, not a dedicated server.

    In any event, fluidhosting.com does have shared webhosting with dedicated IP addresses. They are a solid company and have been around for years. I have never used them but I read a lot of good reviews about them.
