    I would use softer colors and change my template to cramp the content a bit. It seems way to bloggy/loose to me. Honestly, it doesn't seem like a good health related site to me.

    I think your site looks great, I really like the layout. However, I am not so sure about the color and the design of your logo and the title. If you change that a bit and make it more modern, your site will be awesome! Good job!

    is this is your 1st creation, then, this is ok. see the plugin page at wordpress site. try to rich your site with some plugin. you can also show health related news from yahoo or google to get more visitor.

    I am not sure but I think its due to google ads & you tube video.

    Yes I have designed LOGO myself, I am not expert in Photoshop but know a little bit about it.
