Hi, need a simple greeting card script php

    Hi,, i need a simple greeting card script, prefer to be a jquery sliding images with that..
    If i can simply upload images to a folder and selected image would be sent as a greeting card with given message.. I tried to BUILD up something like THIS
    http://www.yaalu.com/greeting/sendgreeting.php but it does not working properly..

    Does anyone have?
