    I think the best way to boost the PR of inner pages is to exchange links with quality, relevant, high PR sites. Internal linking is also a good idea, but having backlinks from other sites is better.

    Quality backlinks will increase the PR of a Web page so create backlinks to your inner pages, one method is to look for Web directories offering deep links and place the urls' of your inner pages to increase their PR.
