yes, you can same article in different article syndication sites. but limit submission till 50 directories that will give benefit of backlinks.
I do not think you can meet any problem to submit the same article in different article submission sites. Actually, if you want to promote your site with article sites. You have to do this. Sometime people will find they have read your article in some other sites, but it is not a big deal.
I think it is not a good idea. submit the same article to many sites is a waste of time. and beside you just spam your site too. Most of the posts won't index. No real value back link is counted. At least use a spun articles.
agreed with santhana.. I'd rather post my articles to my blog then promote it.. it can help your main site..
You are right but IMO every article in different directories will have different left/right/top/footer navigational/promotional content, that makes those pages/articles...increasing index rate!
Yes, You can post your article in different article submission sites.. it sometimes happens with many of us that we do find one article as similar as in another article site. As also the case of repeated content may arise as suppose if you have checked for the article and you got results in the search from different websites then???

There is a process where article directories will detect duplicate content, so the idea is to make sure that each article is as unique as possible, then submit that way. In my sig, I have a link to Content Spooling Network, they offer a service that does just that, and automatically posts to over 100 networks for every article that you submit. I would recommend using them, or something similar. Personally, Content Spooling Network has been amazing for me, and the results that I get more than pay off the montly cost associated with being a part of their network. 21 day trial as well, so you can give it a shot and see if it works for you as well, but yeah, cant recommend them enough if you are wanting to be competative.

You will only get banned if you dont change your content. In fact, a large portion of article directories publicly state that they allow rewrites or your own content, and rewrites of PLR content. As long as you do the right thing, you will be all good. And remember, there are alot of good serives out there that will do it, some offer more than others. As an example, Content Spooling Network not only publish your work to article directories, but they also gradually share those articles with other people who are in the Content Spooling Network, which considering that its not an overly cheap service, you can guarantee that backlinks will be of an extremely high value.
