Boohoooo... 249*42==== 11000rs..... wat can i do now... the scammers acct in DP is domainslower...
I have to say that its partially your fault, you shouldnt have closed that dispute until he had sent you the domains. Anyway, there is nothing you can do now others than to name him (which you did ) so that others can be cautious when dealing with him and leave a negative itrader.
I guess he wanted you to close the dispute since its possible to raise a dispute only once...The only thing you can do is to be more careful from next time
no, once it's been closed you can't open it again. I had a similar experience where I filed a claim, the user came on saying he would take care of it.. I canceled the claim and ended up getting screwed. better luck next time
yes it was a blog and is a blog see the domain slower has queried a qn: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=906907&page=2 Qn was: just want to know that if he had filed a dispute and the scammer didnt ever tried t return to his paypal acc. again and has no money in paypal then wht will happen ? tht scammer... he is a real b******
find out his full name and buy www.hisname.com and post about how he is a scammer. Then email him the link
There is a reason that they ask you if you have resolved the dispute or not. Never close a dispute without it being settled either way. I am sorry you got scammed but you learned an important business lesson this way.
Now this is a nice way to land up in jail or atleast lose the domain since its his trademark...... he would just need to file with Icann
I am fully aware of what The term trademark means, back in 2002 or so Madonna succesfully won the domain Madonna.com as she clamed it as her trademark. Next time please give other valuable advice rather than suicide ideas.
That is only because the name "Madonna" IS her trademark, and a celebrity is a unique case. The average person do not trademark their names, and it is very hard to do so since so many people share the same name. So in this cause unless the scammer trademarked his name (which I doubt) he is in the clear to register the name and defame the scammer. But even if the scammer trademarked his name, the OP can still register a name domain as long as he do not try to use the site for financial gain. Paypal.com tried to sue paypalsucks.com, but paypal lost the case and paypalsucks.com's owner was allowed to keep the domain since the owner was stating a opinion and not trying to gain financially from the site.
