    What are the headers in your email like? Did it come from adsense-support @ google.com?

    its a blog post on their blog. Last months check was issued with wrong paystub information which doesnt matter much.

    just ignore it. Its a apology post.

    keep a copy for when the tax man asks why you got a vat refund

    I'd remove that email address from the google vat part in your post - I'm not sure they'll thank you if that email address starts getting loads of spam
