hi, i need some help with affiliates. i need one but dont know any

    ok.
    i want an affiliate that will pay me for every member that i have sign up under me.
    they can pay me anywhere from $1 to $2 per sign up.
    but i also want them to send the payment thru paypal.

    do you guys know of any?
