How can i check broken Links for a site, how broken will effects keyword listing in search engines pls help me

And about search engines, I don't really know. But why not fix errors?

 

Create an xml site map (xml-sitemaps.com) and it will tell you right away if you have broken links. Take it a step further and submit your sitemap to google.com/webmasters/tools/ and you can get a report of your broken links and help your site get indexed and crawled easier.

This should show errors on page and then you can fix them

 

I'm a fan of Xenu Link Sleuth it's an awesome little app that find all the bad links on a site.

Also if you login in Google Analytics you will get an idea of the URLs that couldn't be crawled.
