I want someone to make me a site on my domain webmasterpla.net I do not actually need a designer, i just need someone who will make the website on this domain and keep updating it. The site can be anything, from blog to a directory ( Not Forums ) . I will also help the person in case he/she needs me. I will also provide data like webmaster related articles , web templates and logo designs ( psd files). I guess i would prefer a blog on this domain. I will provide the person with webspace and give him a password for the domain directory he/she has to work with. Now coming to the main point : The person can put up his/her own Google/yahoo ads on that website. I wont be putting on any of my ads. There shouldn't be anything illegal ( content). I will keep a sharp eye on the site's development. I will assist the person in everything. The person does not need to invest anything from his/her pocket !! Also whenever i sell this website, the person would get 20% of the amount of sale. Well this is the deal.
