I am looking for someone to build the same sort of thing for me but have just a couple of noob questions. I think the way it would work: There would be a data stream provided and the script would take the latest interbank rates, account for each brokers' spread (margin (say 0.07)) and will then give the results of the FX brokers offering the best rates in descending order. 1. What language should this be done in? I'm thinking it's PHP although my knowledge is VERY limited. 2. How big a task is it? Would be nice to know so that I know Im not getting ripped off when I employ someone! Thanks guys for any responses - I hope that made sense!
