Hi from ronb107 - Affiliate Marketing Statistics

Hi:

I am putting together my first PPC campaign (10 campaigns to be exact).

First, I'd like to say hi to everyone and I hope to post a lot here.

Second, I've been looking for good sources of statistical data (sites) that shows the statistics for Affiliate Marketing (or Internet Marketing). Specifically, it would be great to see where most of the advertising and sales dollars are being spent and earned. For example, I learned that only about 1% of sales in Affiliate Marketing occur for affiliate products (ie. ebooks, tools, and services specific to affiliate marketing).

And third, what tools are available (if any) that will provide me with a broad list of keywords (as opposed to depth). Keyword tools, like Google's, generally provide a keyword list that is generally deep, but not broad (even when using the synonym box checked).
