Hi from a future domain names millionaire

yes, I was always an optimist…

After 8 years in corporate world I decided to give it another try on making a living from home. Initially I intend to make money from domain names speculation.

I do have a good start. I’ve been sitting on number of single dictionary word .com domains for years and never did anything with them. Not even park them. I’m guessing they must be worth few $xxx,xxx now. If I do it properly, I should be able to convert it to a million.

I’m here to learn as much as I can before I start trading.

Thanks guys. I'm sure they are valuable, the question is just how to best make money from them. And based on my short research, DP is the best place to learn it.

But yes, I'm also aware that it's easy to spend and even lose money here so I intend to be careful.

That's my thinking as well.

I've just put a simple page up and added Google Analytics yesterday. It should give me some indication on how many people type it in.

I will park them in next few days. I'm just looking around to find what's the best program.

And I appreciate the offer to evaluate my domains. But, and I mean no offense, I would prefer not to share the names just yet. I'm still just learning about the whole industry and part of the learning is to listen to the horror stories as well. I don't know yet all the scams that exist. For example, I only learned few days ago about locking domains at the registrar. I don't want to make known which valuable domains are owned by a complete newbie.

Maybe in few weeks.
