see blogspot and wordpress are the only ones.. still I would suggest you to buy your own domain and start a personal blog on your own space. than later once you think you have started to move you get the chance to launch a forum in that same domain. Like I did it over here www.theSenorita.com/forums
If you can afford it i would get your own domain. That way you actually own what you spend all that time creating
