    The ad at the top and the one on the sidebar has good placement, but the one in the footer my not get you many clicks.......and try to blend the colors with your background and text better!!!

    To be honest, I would go with a white background. It's hard to read it and your ads stand out as if it is ads. No one will click on them. Change the background to white and match your colors better. Take a look at watchfreevideos.magnify.net and you will see how I have mine. My CTR is around 4% and higher depending on what site you look at.
