    Hi folk. I'm from Russia. I wanna buy a domain name in this forum, but not via paypal. Is that possible? Here, the best prices. In Russia are the domain of 5 to 10 times more cost

    If you are needing a domain name and dont want to use paypal, you can always use Dynadot.com. The domains are priced well and they accept credit cards with out the paypal requirement. But then again, so do most domain registrars I believe. You just have to look around.
