    Im Emily, Born and raised in Perth, Australia. Joined this forum in hopes of making a few friends and expanding my business network. Any Aussies here? I started internet marketing back in 2008, been a hell of a ride. I quit my 9-5 Job early 2012 and for the first time in my life i felt so proud of myself...Lately been trying out local SEO (Latest project trying to rank a dry-cleaning supplies store) but over the years i've managed to make a full time income from some adsense websites i put up, PPC, a viral-type website which i'm monetizing with Chitika, as well offering premium content creation services for some clients. Been a hell of a ride but i'm glad its paying off...

    Hi Emily! I'm Julie - I'm a newbie here, too. Born and raised in the U.S. and have lived "here and there" but mostly in Southern California. I'd love to see Australia some day!

    Like you, I joined wanting to connect with other IMers and hope to learn a lot. Sounds like you've had some nice success online! I agree; online marketing is very exciting but there's nothing I would rather be doing.
