Hi everyone, any suggestions??

Hi I just found this site, I've been looking into making a blog. After little research, I realized you can make money with a blog. I've just been reading site after site of different stuff and now it's all kind of starting to jumble together, then all of a sudden, while clicking away at all kinds of links, I found this forum. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions they want to put out there on ways to make money with your blog, good places to go to help you set up a blog and advertising, or any other ways to make money on line. I've been reading a bunch of posts all over this site and I know I'm gonna learn alot from this place, even though most of it's over my head, but I'm trying to catch on. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.
Also if there's anything that you know about anything that you think everyone should know, but nobody really does, PLEASE feel free to throw that out there too.
