    Thank you!

You are showing in Google. A site:mindreal.com search shows your index page.

Just keep submitting to directories, if you haven't used vilesilencer's list, it's a good place to find free directories.

Your site looks fine in IE but screws up in Firefox. More and more people using ff everyday so I think it is important that you fix that first.

Your only use of the important title tag is the word Travel. This is one of the key places for seo and while you might want to rank well for the single word travel, your chances of doing so are very slim just now.

You´d be better to find a three or four word keyphrase that describes your site and that is used in the body text and incorporate that in the tilte pages of your site.

as you say.......give it to a professional webdesigner.

It looks ok..but a professional could work magic with it.

Hi Helen, is this your first website design? If it is Im impressed, it's certainly better than my first attempt.

Personally I don't think you need a professional webdesigner to do the work you need to do, yes it takes longer, but why pay someone when you can learn and have fun doing it aswell.

To get the website promoted is not an overnight task, its taken me 3 years to get my primary site ranking well in Google, and unless your prepared to pay for an SEO expert, it'll take time.

    Main areas to concentrate on:

    Directories
Write articles (I'm accepting unique travel articles with links back)
Write press releases (www.prweb.com is your best bet)
Participate in travel forums (Im a moderator at www.aardvarktravel.net - don't advertise and you'll get along fine! OR you could join my forum!)
Provide free travel tools, with links back to your site
    Write a blog
Write a monthly newsletter to keep visitors coming back

    SEO advice:

    Clean HTML designed website
    Research your keywords and competition
Get links.. and more links, oh and ummm more links using your keywords
Change your title and meta tags to include your keywords
Within your content make sure these keywords are included.

    Hope this helps

    Darren

I run a few travel sites so if you'd like to exchange links drop me a PM.

    Darren
