    Hmm, why don't you just go and try? Maybe Godaddy first, then others? I don't know for sure, though_

    Are talking about buying a domain name from another owner (ie. afternic.com), or registering a new domain (ie. godaddy)??

    Try namecheap.com,you don't need to have your paypal verified i think.
