    Try to find High Pagerank websites( Related to your niche) that offers Guest posting and write articles with your keyword linking to your website..

    Write an article , spin it and submit to several PR article directories.

    Comment on DO-follow blogs with your anchor text(Main keyword)

    Boosting your ranking in a short period of time is to risky. You might get banned if you do thousands of link building for 8-10 days.

    You need to be prepared to submit articles day and night and comment in blogs and forums like there is no tomorrow. Even then, I can't guarantee you'll get any keyword ranking in 8-10 days. This is feasible only if you resort to black hat seo and I wouldn't suggest that.

    8-10 days? I doubt it, Google takes time to update their rankings. If you ping all your backlinks, you put yourself at risk of being sandboxed... there's a reason SEO services over the internet have a monthly price because you just cannot guarantee results in that short period of time.

    no one can gaurantee to boost up your ranking in just 8-10 days..if you follow google's guidelines you can rank better but in 8-10 days can't be gauranteed:)

    With good optimization of website and by building quality back links, you can achieve rankings in Google, but within 8-10 days it is not possible. Because rankings on particular keyword depends upon its competition.

    Hey,

    Don't be worried as you have quite good amount of time.

    1. Select your keywords properly first and then do few bookmarking of the concerned site.
    2. Then write or get few quality articles written with catchy titles and interesting content and submit those to top article directories with keyword linking back to your site in the articles.
    3. Then do few PR and directory submissions
    4. Do some blog and quality forum posting and commenting
    5. Posts some web 2.0 blogs and do link wheel. Do post on Hub Page and Squidoo properly. Along with that ping your blogs and do RSS submission
    6. All the articles and blogs that you will post share their link on Social Giants like Facebook and Twitter (use hash tags with the most searched words)

    For much faster results write few articles and submit it to BMR or ALN
