    Some of you under estimate the value of a domain name. Domains are much like real estate, the more time gos on, the less of it there is, and the more you can charge to sell it.

    You can get a similar meaning domain name rising-business.com for $6-7, why would anyone pay $445 for hi-business? No ranking, unique visitors a month = 30 (27 from sedo, the other 3 probably the domain seller), no content, no index. I think standard domain fee is all its worth.

    I didn't neccesarilly (sp?) mean this one was worth hundreds of dollars, just saying it might be more valuable to hold onto than sell for the reg fee :p
