Hi all.

Paypal decided in my favor, but can't give me the refund because the buyers account was closed. They said it is my fault for not checking the buyers reputation. I see their point, but they could have phrased that a little better.

 

May be my comment meen samething as well.

 

I got the paypal resolution. Basically they say the seller was at fault but I'm not getting any refund, so that is their "guarantee".

Any suggestions on what to do next?

 

Only suggestion I can think of is to suck it up and be more prepared next time. I know I will.

Nopes, he promissed he will but not got any.

 

I got the same reply from paypal

Though he promised that he will refund but no activity from his side yet, it's hectic really.
