    Can anyone give directions where to look for help regarding increasing traffic.

    Also I would like to know about Podcasts ... do they help?

    Podcast do help, however to increase your traffic try social bookmarking. I highly suggest you learn everything that you need to know about internet marketing.:)

    I've added FB and Twitter to my website ... and it seems to be working OK.

    BUT ... its just seems so slow. Any ways of reaching out to more people?
