    HI All,
    Is there any tool by which i can check my .doc file content that is it duplicate or fresh.

    i searched on the internet and got the tool by which i can check two sites content but as i mentioned that need to check my doc file content?

    Copyscape is the best tool available.Google Search also might help you

    I also use Copyscape, but that only gives you limited result.
