Hey there I'm new and having a problem

Hey there,I'm new and I just paid $25.00 through paypal to use the forum thinking I could start messaging people without having to wait. I'm having to wait hours to send each message. Perhaps this is because I accidently posted in the wrong section.Can this be fixed please? I'd like to contact members privately but I don't want to wait around for hours to do this especially after paying digital point money for the access.

I'm also unable to post a thread as a premium member. Can someone tell me how I fix this?
