I've been eating random foods I find in the store lately and I always come across meals from India. They never have meat in them and most of the flavoring comes from spices. Is this native to India for people to not eat meat and for spices to be in the food? What spices people from India usually enjoy?
No, what I'm saying is the food in India even related to the American style? The food I've been eating has no meats and it's spice based for flavors. I'm asking is food from India big on spices and no meats?
yes, Indian food is famous for its spices, and Indians do refer American food as bland, coz we are so into spices,... not as otherwise, but just with reference, same as you refer our food as spicy... meat.. well... we dont eat Cows/ or not much of pig/ pork either... we love our chickens and goats! and south India is heavy into fishes! Sea foods are very famous in south india and we get reserved to more with chicken and goats.. but doesn't mean that pork or beef is aint available.. it even running common nowadays..
