    First of all remove that 'powered by vbulletin" header. And add couple more sub forums to populate the posts and attract more members :)

    Agreed with above, not enough posts to interest new users. Theme needs to be more interesting and less generic looking.

    Get a new theme and more posts and things should snowball.
