Hey! PHP/RoR Coder - Looking for partner(s)

    Hello,

    my name is Artem. I have been working with web sites for about 7 years. I code in the following languages: PHP, Ruby on Rails, and, JavaScript. Been coding PHP for about 5 years. I started learning Ruby on Rails a year ago and already made a couple sites with it. I'm still learning so not a pro at it yet :) I made many sites before but they expired due to the lack of management...I just dropped them. Currently I have 1 site which is www.pictulate.com. Pictulate is a free photo hosting that offers unlimited bandwidth and large photo uploads (currently up to 8 MB each).

    I am looking for a partner (or partners) who will be willing to start a photo hosting website with me. I'm planning on making it in Ruby on Rails but haven't found a designer for it (I'm not very good with design).
