Hey! People - Help my friend to understand the meaning of this ??

    Hello all...!

    My chat buddy who claims he is from Canada is not able to understand the meaning of a simple english that i wrote to him. Please help him understand that what is the meaning of this in more simpler way:

    Meaning of this: "let the price war begin and i will give you this tool for free --- its my promise to you.... "

    What you make out from this line... Any help will be appreciated as it will help my chat buddy to learn some english...

    I have to admit I'm a tad confused. Is there a price war or is it free? Or do you expect the price war to take it to 0.
