Is there anyone who can tell me the difference between OLD Blogger and NEW Blogger . . .

Is the NEW Blogger a marked improvement and what features and benefits does it offer over the OLD Blogger ???

Besides look and feel they are about the same, although the new blogger offers easier blog customization.

The most noticable feature is the blog customization. The new Blogger makes it much easier to change the layout and look of the blog. I also like that they support a hierarchical view of your posts (works similar to a drop-down list). You can also tag posts with keywords, which could be very handy as well.

switching over to the new blogger doesn't alter your URL does it?

No, it doesn't alter your URL, most changes seem to be cosmetic but I am sure there's a bit going on behind the scenes. It's also got a new way to manage your template, but ours was so customized, we're keeping the older style. The new blogger also allows for categories when posting.

Hi Richie . . . The link you gave did not really give me the nitty gritty I was looking for. Right now I am well aware of the arrival of NEW Blogger . . . no longer BETA Blogger . . . but that does not explain the differences between OLD and NEW Blogger.

    I guess I need to continue in my search . . .
