Hey..new member from San Diego, CA

I just put my website up a little over a month ago and have been getting great tips and tricks mostly in the Adsense and Marketing sections of DP. I went from having a few unique hits a day to having 100+ unique hits daily. Right now I'm just sitting back and listening, but hopefully in the near future I can help out other newbies as well.

beejaysea, cool, another san diegan! thank god the fires didn't come my way. i live in linda vista. what part of town you at?

 

RB. My area was evacuated, and the fires were within 1 mile from my place in 3 different directions (E, N, and NW). Scary stuff, _just_ missed me, but was displaced for about a week-and-a-half.

But, all is well for me now. Others, not so much, but hopefully they are able to regroup and get back on their feet.

Glad to hear you were far enough not to be affected.

 

phew, glad to hear you weren't one of the unlucky ones. yeah a buddy of mine told me how bad RB looked after the fires cause he cleans carpets up there. one thing i love about san diego is how its people come together to help one another and most are always jovial no matter the situation.
