Hey I Started A New Blog On Making Money Online- Looking For Constructive Criticism

Hello everyone,
I'm pretty new here. I recently started a new blog, http://www.brainymoneyblog.com I was wondering if any of you could give me some constructive criticism on it (either here or on the blog), and if there's anything in particular I should do to improve on it. Also I seem to be struggling to pull in the starting traffic, although I'm trying social bookmarking and blog carnivals right now.

My scripting skills and my HTML skills are not incredible, so please don't suggest any complicated coding.

Every thing is perfect but change the theme then it will appear good

 

add some content or links related to online advertising sites,and how this site can give money, other earning ideas where ppl can get work on internet but not fake sites plz .... bcz there are lots of fake sites available on internet. so try to give good sites...
