Hey hey hey !!! where am i getting impressions from !

i have an adsense account !! but i m not placing my adsense ads on my blog sinne a week .. but last week i have got 123 impressions and 1 click !! how is this possible !!... i got 0.06 for 1 click !!... ne thing wrong !!

i have not yet placed my ads any where !!! plz help me !!!

 

probably from google cache or some other site cache
