Clean, flat, simple but functional - very good design. In my opinion the size of the logo is appropriate as it is. You may consider "upgrading" the horizontal navigation. Try to use a gradient (blue-bottom to light-blue-top) stripe as a backgound. Then for hover try: 1) reversed gradient which can fill the rectangle of each link + 2) blue text. I hope that you will be able to understand and vizualize what I tried to explain.
I love the clean approach to this design... But If i had to say something it would be to make the content boxes have more of a margin... Good Job
i like the fact you all said that it was simple and clean, that's the main thing we're after, nothing too complicated, it just scares people off
