    i think is good work blending adsense, by other hand your site is slow loading

    if your site is purely adsense and your nto that owrried abotu user experience, switch the menu on the left with the vertical adwords on the right. People look to top left, so vertical top left adverts always work great... in fact i played with my ad placements and i increased revenue on my side advert by an extra $5 a day by switching like that.
