    Both the blogs are not much impressive and it was very slow in loading completely.

    I think there is a lot you can do to improve the designs.. may be choose another template or customize these well.

    I need the first one should have different color theme. If you like black, might be you can allow the user to select between two or three different colored themes.

    How about your bounce rate, i think they should be some what high with black color (although you save power)
