    It seem that they don't accept any new publisher recently?:confused:
    er...I signed up last month but got a rejected reply a few days ago

    I think you're right. Some of my friends applied 10 days a go and got rejected within 4 days. The long wait time is over but they don't accept any new publishers or so it seems.

    I got in a couple of months ago, but it seems that they are being very selective these days.
