Hey guys - how do I tell where I rank for terms on Google?

It says my website is number 1 ranked for my Google search of "fitness thats fun", but I don't believe this is right. I think it's because I have visited the website before.

Anyway to clear cache on Google, so it gives me an honest result if I went to the library?

It says my website is number 1 --> who?

I also searched in google and your site does appear in 1st position for - fitness that fun

this is so because thats what your site url is, so your site is the best match for that search in google. There is nothing wrong in the google search result listings....

The problem is that very few would search using the phrase 'fitness thats fun' IMO. Fitness fun or fun exercises are the better phrases I think. I would suggest doing some research and maybe trying to optimize for 'fitness fun' since both words are in your domain name.

I actually see here you are on the no. 1 position. Better if you could install some traffic statistic tool like Google Analytics or Statcounter, there you can see where are your traffics came from as well as what keywords are used in finding your site.

You might really rank #1 on Google and other search engines but I think there might be not so much search volume on this keyword.
If you want to check SERP, I would recommend 'rank checker' add-on for Firefox. :)
