I really need people to critique me on how I can make these blog/review sites better & more appealing in order to succeed

what can I do to grab your attention?

here is a little advice try to think what the target reader wants and write something about them and how the information helps them

 

Why so private

Have you posted in the review section of the site, there are always people willing to help there.

 

Hire a pro to help you. Costs a little, saves a lot.

 

Unique content always helps. Figure out what is unique, controversial, or badly needed, and write about that.

 

Your content and good metaphors will bring flying colors
