I've ordered from them 4 .com domain [dangkiadsense.com, duilawyers-usa.com, appleiphone5tips.com and appleipad3tips.com] (the price for .com is so attractive just only $0.99). For a week, they still not send me any mail to confirm my order, I also don't have my Customer ID. So sucks! Why that big SCAM website still exist to now? I call to their support but you know, no one answer the call, but the automatic assistant and music  NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM 1AND1.COM
They stole your domain and your money!!! I can't register these domain again. FFFCK 1and1

    Hi,

Is it possible that your order for these domains simply never when through?

1/ A WHOIS check shows all these domains have not been registered and are still available?
2/ We also did an availability search from our website's domain search facility and that confirmed they are still available for registration.

May we suggest you confirm this by checking with another registrar of your choice and register them if you still want them.

You may also not have been charged at all if your order was not processed for some reason with 1and1 - but even if you were - you will have only lost 4 x .99 cents.

    Good luck!

oh my god wtf, I lost my money and they don't active my domains, money still not refunded. if you are from 1and1, check your order history, VAN TIEN TUAN, supingox@live.com, SRI LANKA, I buy and they said that they will confirm for me within 24hours. what the hell is it?

Maybe next time before you purchase something online look for some reviews?

A quick search would have taken you to page upon page of bad reviews.

Lately, I have seen these kinda threads on different forums when users didn't get the domains and they were not allowed to transfer the domains.I am not sure if they're actually "scamming", but definitely they are not attending to the issues of their clients.

Happens all the time. Never, ever, ever, ever register your domain name(s) with your web host. Go to a 3rd party domain registrar and handle it that way.

I always wonder how these hosting companies that place decent looking ads on known respected industry sites survive. Read some reviews before you sign up with a provider. Perform a search that includes the good, the bad and the ugly on a single company. Add up the # of results for each. It will save you some time calling a company that won't pick up the phone and a good deal of money considering pursing a refund is going to cost you double the amount you initially paid once you factor in your time costs. Spread your word and find a review site and make yourself heard there and everywhere.
