I don't know of any Seo sites in chinese. But why don't you try using Google translate on some of the english sites?
chinese and english are different enough that a simple translation tool like google translate won't give understandable text. I'd say you could just google "SEO" or "SEO Blogs" (though you need to translate that to chinese) and see what comes up.
