    1. I posted a sale in 'Partnerships' and got an infraction. How do I get an infraction for posting in the wrong category, when it is clearly IN partnerships. Can I not hand over my existing partnership in my internet business here? It's an AWESOME opportunity for anyone that wants in this business. We're talking MONEY DAY ONE for the person who takes my place. So why did I get an infraction for where its posted?

    2. I have information on one of your registered users who hacked my Adsense account and tried to steal it. I've got two names, their Skype information, and I've submitted this information to authorities and Google.

Do you want to know who this is? Or would you rather continue to let this person exist here to rip off more people.

I've said enough. Now I await a reply.

First about your infraction, have you tried contacting the moderator of that category? Sometimes infractions are removed if you unknowingly made some error. Talk to them and see why they gave you one.

Regards to your second point, I'm not sure what you want from DP. You might as well post the two names if you are sure they tried to hack your accounts.

I'll tell you how you can be sure your account has been hacked....when you login and the payee name is changed to the thief.

Just want DP to be proactive, see if they do indeed have this person registered here, and get rid of them. Sound fair?

Have you informed DP moderators of this person? How will they be proactive if they are not even aware of whom you are referring to.

Besides, I don't think they ban anyone of unethical activities done outside the forum.... They usually ban people who violate terms of the forum...

I was contacted through DP by this rat and he conducted his thievery through this forum.

This guy went after my Adsense account and tried to steal it, tried last night to break into SEO Hosting account, tried to steal my domains and CLOSED my Namecheap account causing all my domains to go down. But this person is a complete fool besides a SCUMBAG SCAMMER PIECE OF DOGSHIT. Yeah I hope you read that. Because now I am sharing all your information ONLINE since DP wont respond.

I do need to warn the community about you Ashley Clarke. Since no one here seems to give a shit about what you did, we might as well let everyone know who you are.

I know where you live asshole...you PROVIDED me with EVERYTHING!

    address1: 7 The Crescent
    address2: Colville Road
    city: Birmingham
    country: GB
    state: West Midlands

Oh whats this? It's your phone number...I wonder...is this your home or your cell? No matter...the police have it now.

    phone: 01216840974

Hacker picked the WRONG person to mess with. You failed and now you're going to pay for it.

Like this thread, it was posted in the wrong area. It's in "Partnerships" because a moderator moved it there for you.

If a user breaks our rules, just use the "Report Post" option. If they are indeed a scammer even outside of this site, chances are they did break our rules just by the nature of who they are.

As far as us pursuing someone legally because of something they did outside of our site, it's best left to the authorities (that's what their job is). We don't have the resources to launch full blown investigations on things that don't pertain to us. Just like Facebook isn't going to do much to a user of their site who stabbed your dog in real life. In the end you would just end up with idiots claiming people did stuff that they didn't do (someone could tell us you raped their wife... it doesn't necessarily make it true simply because someone said it... so if we are going to act on claims of things that happened outside of our site/jurisdiction, we would need to launch full-blown investigations... at which point that investigation would probably fail because a court is not going to grant us a subpoena to get the necessary information from Google when we aren't a party to whatever happened).

Either way, if you want to "reveal" the secret username of whoever it is, then do it... we certainly aren't going to beg you for it.

    Clearly. :)

    You are alive.

I really do admire your tough demeanor towards me and your uncanny ability to put me down and make me look bad.

    Bravo....no really.

And by the way....I said it 'wasn't my style' but maybe I should. As in...maybe I will and maybe I have.

    Clearly.

Has nothing to do with being "alive". If your posted your thread in the right area, someone would have seen it sooner. But when you put threads in wrong/irrelevant categories, the people who's eyes your thread was intended for are not going to be the users who see it.

As far as the rest, I'm not trying to put you down or make you look bad... was simply stating the obvious (that we don't get involved in personal disputes between members, nor do we have the power to collect necessary data/logs, etc. for investigations on things that happen outside of our site).

I would think it's fairly obvious that if you expect anyone to be able to do ANYTHING, you *would* need to disclose the username. That's a fairly common lesson we all learn in grade school...

"Someone hit me! Do something about it!"

    "Who hit you?"

    "I'm not saying!"

There is no username of "Ashley Clarke" here... and since we don't collect people's first or last name, phone number or address when they register, the "who" part is still a mystery.

Wow. How did they manage to get in both your Adsense account and domain hosting? Did you give them the passwords, did they install some kind of malware on your computer, or? What's hard to understand is, even if one was criminally inclined, why even break into an Adsense account? They only pay once a month, and it would be discovered quickly. As soon as Google is notified, it's not like they will be sending out payments for a suspect account. And, putting your real info in there to be easily identified? That doesn't sound right either. You said, "I'll tell you how you can be sure your account has been hacked....when you login and the payee name is changed to the thief." So, they didn't change the password? They just logged in and changed the name on the Adsense account and payee info, with all their real info, just hoping you would never notice? Btw, it doesn't appear that address is real on Google maps.

It is a GB phone number, the reason you don't see the calling code is because Google doesn't require it.

If it did, it would appear as +441216840974 (add +44 and remove the initial 0). The way OP has posted it is how someone from GB would dial it, as no calling code would be necessary. :)

DP has to be strict as otherwise people will SPAM the whole site and would be full of SCAMMERS. But like anything moderators can make mistakes :)
