Perfect post, I agree with you 100%, but out of others business and worry about yourself. He knows full well what is and is not agains tYahoo TOS, if he chooses to violate that TOS that is his decision and his fault. You need to worry about maintaining your own sites, not his.

Instead of wasting your time finding sites that violate the TOS, pickup a dictionary, or take some English lessons at your local community college. Your posts are pretty close to unreadible.

You need to get banned Arctic. You are like the perfect example of what the "what not to do" blog post was talknig about. Insurace ad targetting, images next to ads.... GOodjob hypocrit.

Although I don't think every member who breaks TOS needs to be pointed out here, and its none of your business as someone who started a thread on why you should not post images next to ads you should be ashamed of having a site that breaks your own guidelines.

Its like sinning, although its bad its your personal business, but if your minister that preaches against sining consistently sins then that is way worse.

Complete abuse of yahoo publisher TOS. Good find. A deliberate attempt to get 13 year olds to click on termlife ads by confusing them with arcade games. Also targeting termlife ads/insurance which is also an abuse of the ad targeting feature.

putting borders around the ads DOESN'T fix it you know. If you read the TOS you would have known better than to do this.

I also see the site is ranked #6 for 'myspace games' in google

Must have made thousands with those misleading ads given the rankings.

These obvious abuses of TOS SHOULD be reported. And made public here. Ruining the YPN for the rest of us. Advertisers are gonna pull out of YPN and that means less revenue for the rest of us.
