The French ones, if the translations are accurate, are the gems in the bunch. I can't put a price on them,because it is subjective, but I would take my chances at a reputable auction site like SEDO to see what they would pull down.

I feel uncomfortable putting a price based on my opinions, because that means squat when it comes to what a buyer wants and is willing to pay, but, those are very, very, strong domains. France, and Canada, (Quebec) are strong markets and have just as high of a ratio of internet users as any other western country. Maybe wait for a few more opinions, from users in that market.

not very well in US so target your sale to the language. It would have to get listed on the search engines and then get hits by websearch. Otherwise i think you are right they hold promise
