please be honest about the design, layout of the site and functionallity.

In my opinion you need a new header its too simple at least for me

 

Interesting idea for a site! Perhaps you could move the link to browse the titles alphabetically to a more conspicuous place; I almost didn't see it and thought you left out that option.

 

I would do a new logo you would be shocked how something that little would change a website. Other then that it looks nice a bit simple but nice start.

 

You should have a better header for your site otherwise layout and colors are professional one
