The answer is very clearly a NO. Otherwise they wouldn't have banned tons of accounts who were doing arbitrage via adwords a few years back. This is the same thing, cheap traffic to adsense loaded pages. Won't work for long, probably until next payment when they review account.

If you want to try do it. But it's no surprise that it will end up in yoru account being banned. I mean I could explain, but you simply have to do a little research type in "adsense adfly ban" and read posts in other forums. The basic thing is that adfly traffic is even more shitty than adwords/yahoo/bing traffic..
If it wasn't a problem for adsense everybody would still be doing it, buy cheap traffic and earn big adsense money.. Yes, too good to be true. If you're clever you'll never find out by yourself, if not then you'll experience it. Good luck.

    for PTC/PTV, you done

for PPC, as google policy said, your landing page should match the landing page quality for adwords

btw, as "JamesColin" said, if you are using shitty traffic source, first you will see payout drop like hell, then you will see so many clicks no pay, then you will see your account been banned

to tell the truth, PPC hardly work out. Cheap traffic won't give you nice payout or clicks, expensive traffic cannot cover your cost. Simply like that. You maybe will stop doing that before you worry about Google ban you or not

no way...that is illegal....better follow the TOS then be penalized or get banned....

just improve i guess on traffic by using SEO or maybe social media or popularity by posting quality articles regularly

I believe you already read Google AdSense policy, AdSense does not allow you purchase traffic from Pay-To-View traffic which means the people visit your site and get paid. But you can buy traffic from Advertising (and make sure your landing page match AdWords landing page quality), which means as long as your landing page is good, all kinds of traffic except PTV traffic will work.

Hello guys, Ive been wondering about the same thing, and researching on google I found this:

    https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1348722?hl=en

It seems that they allow paid traffic, as long as the traffic quality is good xD
