Hello. My site is build on HTML, this is the addess for you to see it and help me if you can: http://www.gruzia1.com

I've got 2 frames on my site as you can see, the right one is the bar with the links in blue, the left is the contect. on html, the left named as "left.htm" and the right named as "bar.htm" together the name of them is "index.htm"

When I'm searching in google my site, It founds it by title "bar", instead of finding it in title: Gruzia1.Com - גרוזיה - גאורגיה הקטנה בישראל
here is link to what I'm searching and the result, its the first site on the list.
    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=gruzia1&btnG=Search

on the index page i made title as I want but google is not updating the title, it remains "bar" instead of what I want.

and another something is that sometimes, must of the time, the search engine finds only the left frame on the search, the address is :
    http://www.gruzia1.com/left.htm

    Can you help me?
I'm sorry about but bad english.

Do not use frames if you want to make search engine friendly site, that’s a basic rule. You could either use tables or css to design the site.
