    I just receive first payment from your adnetwork but eCPM is a bit low .
    Could you increase my eCPM a bit Please ? You just give me 0.4 /1000 pop under for indian and 0.7/1000 pop for US .

    Try popads, they have good epcm for low tier country, up to $0.8 - $1.2 / 1000

    I think multiple up to 4-7. it depends on the advertiser. But I limit 1 popunder per 1 IP / 24 hours on my site.

    I have some blog with many visitors from low tier (Indonesia, India etc ..) my epcm up to $0.84 - $0.92 / 1000.

    We count min 3 times per IP per day. Sometimes, it may be more, depending on advertisers. With eCPM, if the traffic is good, the average amount is from $1,5 to $2/1000 impressions. We think popads just count 1 popunder per 1 IP / 24 hours. So you can feel safe to use our service.
