    Hi,

One of my websites that was getting a good solid 35,000 UV per month just got busted in one single day....Google isn't sending any visitor today...I use to get about 850 hits from Search engines daily but now I have no idea what the hell has happened to it! since the page rank thingy upgraded....my site seems nothing more than a dead bird to me now :(

www.istarpics.com [SE traffic down from 850/day to 40/day]

    any suggestions?

Have you been doing some questionable link building practices, perhaps bad neighborhoods? If not, then my guess is that some competition has finally creeped up on you.

You should log into the google webmaster console and see if there is more info. I think there is an "actions" section that may tell you what happened.

But, your site definitely seems to be dropped from the index.

This may be due to a glitch in the recent PR update. Wait for a day or two and check the traffic from google. If it is still less, then probably your site has gone down in the SERP for important keywords...

What do you think caused the drop off? Were you doing PPC marketing on Google and then they did a quality score analysis and determined you have to pay more than your max bid? Did a popular link on someone else's site come down?

When traffic of that magnitude disappears, you can usually track it back to one or two major sources. Consider digging into your hosting company's stats page to find the problem.

    Actually its not just one

there are 3 sites in total that were brining the most of the earnings and they got screwed...i believe i didnt violate anything...all i did was kept posting and didnt really try to bring any traffic from anywhere else...was dependent on Google itself
